  • December 2004. Glen Group plc listed on AIM

    February 2006. Reverse acquisition of Eclectic Group Limited for £3m in cash and shares.

    September 2006. Acquisition of Explore IT Limited for £115,000 cash.

    June 2007. Acquisition of Pinnacle Group Limited for £700,000 in shares.

    August 2007. Acquisition of inGroup (I G Software Limited) for £1.35m in cash and shares.

    January 2008. Sale of the business and assets of Eclectic and inGroup for £2.72m in cash.

    June 2008. Acquisition of Colloquium Limited for £100,000 cash.

    June 2009. Acquisition of Accent Telecom(UK) Limited for £661,450 in shares.

    January 2010. Acquisition of Solwise Telephony Limited for up to £500,000 in shares.
